Fine Pin Probe for Probe Connector

Fine Pin Probe for LCR-Reader Kelvin Probe Connector is a 124 mm long pin probe with a fine tip. This probe is used in conjunction with the LCR-Reader Probe Connector or a 4 mm multimeter jack. The LCR-Reader Kelvin Probe Connector allows LCR-Reader to be used as a full probe station. A wire is connected to the device in lieu of a tweezer tip; one of 5 attachments can be selected for the job at hand. The Probe Connector allows LCR-Reader and Smart Tweezers to measure components larger than the gap between the tweezers. Includes:
